The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant white wine. Blended from Sauvignon Musque & Blanc, it is perfumed with notes of lemongrass, citrus blossoms & beeswax. It is rich with flavors of ripe nectarine & hints of orange peel and grapefruit. A ripe yet fresh style of Sauvignon, this is bright on the entry with a crisp salinity. Fermented in stainless steel barrels & new & used French oak, this wine is kept on its lees without racking to preserve aromatics & develop richness and texture. The brilliant 2010 Proprietary Red is composed of a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 26% Merlot & the rest Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot. A beautiful nose of blueberries, raspberries, violets & forest floor are followed by a medium to full-bodied, dense wine with striking purity, plenty of ripe fruit & an ethereal sense of elegance & lightness for such intense flavors.
