2025 Sauvignon Blanc, Atlas Peak
"The 2025 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc pours like liquid gold and immediately fills the glass with a fully aromatic, perfumey burst of white flowers and bright citrus. Very expressive on the nose and palate, it layers lemon curd, sweet orange, and grapefruit with ripe nectarine, all carried by a fresh, lemonade-like snap that feels effortlessly pool-friendly. A saline streak and wet rock minerality keep things crisp and refreshing and reminiscent of a sunny hike on a back-country trail. Just beneath the citrus glow, a touch of graham cracker brings a gentle, savory warmth to the finish, making this a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc that’s as welcome as a ray of sun on a dark day."
