LEGACY
Arrow&Branch, a distinguished Napa Valley winery founded by Steve & Seanne Contursi, was born from a passion for the world's finest wines, particularly the great Chateaux of Bordeaux. Their vintners' journey began in 2007 when they discovered a charming farmhouse surrounded by a Cabernet Franc vineyard reminiscent of the legendary sites they admired in France.
They soon became stewards of this land and what began as a single, meticulously crafted Cabernet Franc blend has since evolved into a portfolio of ultra-premium wines dedicated to the finest fruit sourcing from Napa Valley's most revered vineyards.
Alongside their esteemed Coombsville estate- formerly owned by the Napa Valley legend, Tony Soter- Arrow&Branch carefully selects fruit from Napa's most exclusive and pedigreed sites including Vine Hill Ranch, Beckstoffer Dr. Crane, Beckstoffer To Kalon, Beckstoffer Las Piedras, Stagecoach, Meteor and Lady Liberty Vineyards. Each wine is a testament to the pursuit of excellence and longevity, capturing the essence of these storied terroirs with elegance and power. The harmonious and refined blend of balance and strength represents the philosophy that defines every bottle of Arrow&Branch.
The Arrow&Branch name pays homage to the Contursi Family's remarkable legacy and leadership in the United States rare coin industry and deep connection to our American heritage. This name was inspired by an eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch symbolizing peace and strength that is found on our historical U.S. coinage.
After sixteen years of crafting wines at shared facilities, the Contursi family realized their vision and dream of building a dedicated winery. In 2024, they celebrated the first harvest at their own crush facility in Napa Valley's Oak Knoll AVA—a space thoughtfully designed for white-glove, artisan winemaking, exacting standards, and tailored hospitality experiences.
Rooted in a deep sense of heritage and guided by a commitment to mastery, this milestone marks more than a new chapter; it signals a continuation.
Today, the next generation with their sons have joined the endeavor, carrying forward the family’s enduring pursuit of excellence in both wine and numismatics—stewards of a legacy that continues to grow with purpose and intention.
